Manika is Masters student in School of Life and Environmental Sciences. She has keen interest in compassionate conservation as well as social sciences. Manika’s work revolved around distinguishing intrinsic value in animals and environment and whether humans who recognize these differences have different perceptions in context of conservation. To achieve this, she is developing a psychometric tool that discerns these differences and can be used universally as a tool to measure intrinsic value.
